Game Premise
Global warming has finally caught up with man. Most of the world is flooded, so humanity has established themselves within the ocean. You are a neutral communications operator in a remote outpost relaying messages in the conflict over territory between humans and whales. Receive messages and speak them (or another message) into your microphone in order to relay them to the respective sides. Do you relay the messages unchanged or make edits to influence the tide of the war?
The original concept involved making whale sounds into the microphone to try and mimic the messages being sent by the whales.
