Surely You Jest Global Game Jam PageGame Premise
You are a court jester. Unfortunately you serve a mad tyrant king who hates happiness and finds immense joy in cruelty towards others. Surely You Jest sets you in a royal court where you must make the King and his Court laugh. As you battle tricky ragdoll physics, balancing acts, and impossible aiming you must complete tasks to please the audience or face execution by the King.

Surely You Jest
Global Game Jam 2024
Created for the Global Game Jam 2024, a 48-hour event to make games with the theme this year being: "Make Me Laugh". Surely You Jest is a QWOP-esque physics game where you must entertain a tyrant king by completing tasks with the most unruly of controls.
Art style is based on the 1960's Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoons.
